Agreement

This agreement certifies that yourself, the client, has selected Peter Hinton Design to manage your company's website hosting and domain-name services.

The aforementioned services will be provided by a selected third-party provider to ensure:

• The latest technology, architectures, operating systems and connectivity.
• High-end performance
• 99.99% guaranteed uptime.

Where applicable Peter Hinton Design will undertake any required and/or requested configuration related to website hosting and domain name configuration.

This agreement acknowledges the continuity of web hosting and domain configuration services are the full responsibility of the third-party provider. In the unlikely event of an interruption of service Peter Hinton Design will communicate with the provider to ensure full service is restored.
