New Brand for The Curtain Room

The Curtain Room is a Yorkshire based producer of high-quality, hand made furnishings. As an established and growing company the time had come to create a visual brand that encompasses the company, overhauling their current design that had existed since the company was founded.
Communication and understanding is key to any design project. From the formative stages it was clear that The Curtain Room wanted to evolve their existing logo rather than start from a blank canvas. The new design is the product of regular communication, frequent production of variants, and has delivered the strong identity that The Curtain Room needs to represent their brand & vision.
Heritage colours are used to ‘bring the tones of the past back to life’. With the quality and vintage style of work produced by The Curtain Room it is fitting that heritage colours are integral to their brand. The new logo design has been produced in a range of colour variants to work across a wide range of mediums, providing a flexible logo for an adaptable company.
A new logo is just the start for The Curtain Room. The new year will see the launch of their new website, a bespoke icon set, and revamped advertising campaigns with creative design and strategy from Peter Hinton Design. It’s going to be an exciting year.
