September’s Charity: Teesside Hospice

For September’s charity of the month I joined thousands of fellow-runners in the Middlesbrough Colour Run event to support Teesside Hospice.
Colour Run events have seen a surge in popularity lately but this was the first that I’ve had the opportunity to participate in. I went in with high expectations and wasn’t disappointed, thoroughly enjoying a casual 5k jog and ended up covered head-to-toe in vibrant powder paint.
Teesside Hospice are a local charity in my area and (in their own words) they “exist to enhance the quality of life for those suffering from cancer and other life limiting illnesses”.
